Things are looking a little different this year’s 46th for the Kalamazoo Klassic! Needless to say, it’s Orange Cone Season in Michigan and our beloved community tradition is one of many who are affected. We ask for your patience, understanding and grace this year as we manage these details. Below is a map of the planned route for 2024. PACKET PICK-UP

Maple Street Magnet School

Kalamazoo, MI US 49008

• Early Packet Pickup – Friday, June 15th  4:00 pm to 7:00 pm @ the Maple Street Magnet School parking lot.
• Day of Packet Pickup – Saturday, June 16th beginning at 6:00 am @ Bottom of the Hill at the Finish Line
• 10K Start Time – 7:30 am
• 5K Start Time – 9:00 am  (All 5K participants must begin/start by 9:10 am)

Traditional Course

The Kalamazoo Klassic 10k Run and the 5k Run & Walk all start at the top of Maple St Hill in Kalamazoo and finish at the bottom on the Maple Street Magnet School Athletic Field. The 10k course consists of two laps of the 5k course and includes the famous Maple Hill at the midpoint of the race.  The 10k course bypasses Bronson Circle. Both the 5k and 10k courses are USATF certified. Hydration stations will be located throughout the course and at the finish line.
