Join us on Friday, June 19, at 6:30 p.m. for the Kids' Klassic, a 1K Fun Run for kids ages 12 and under.
On-site registration and t-shirt pick-up is in the parking lot of the Kalamazoo Methodist Church on Maple St. The starting line for this fun-filled family event is on Hudson St., right next to the Kalamazoo Family YMCA.
And to make things even more fun, the YMCA will be hosting an open house during the event with face-painting, balloon animals, open swim, and more!
Parents are encouraged to run with their kids for free. Strollers are
welcome.
The first 300 registrants receive a Kids' Klassic t-shirt. Prizes and snacks for all participants.
The registration fee is $3.00 per child. You can register by printing out and sending in this application (it's in a PDF format) by Thursday, June 17, to MRC Industries, 1310 Bank St., Kalamazoo, MI 49001 or you can stop in at Gazelle Sports, the co-presenter of the Kids' Klassic, at 214 S. Kalamazoo Mall, and register there.
